Rental Qualification


Approval or Denial is dependent on all information provided.

The Application will indicate your consent for verification of the following information. All requested information must be filled out completely and returned to the management office with a full security deposit and all the following:
  1. QUALIFICATIONS FOR INCOME:
    Income qualification for applicants employed by a company:
    • Copy of Applicant Driver's License
    • Copy of Two Months' worth of pay stubs (your salary must be 3x the rent amount monthly)

    Income qualification for applicants that are self-employed :
    • Copy of Applicant Driver's License
    • Copy of Business Certificate for the current year
    • Copy of the latest tax returns (individual Tax plus S corp form /Schedule C form, etc.)
    • Profit and loss statement for the current year

  2. RENTAL HISTORY:
    No less than one year of verifiable rental history.

  3. CRIMINAL AND BACKGROUND CHECK:
    Signed and dated consent form for Criminal and Background checks. These reports provide us with criminal and credit history on all persons 18 years and older.

  4. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS:
    The size of the unit will determine the number of Occupants allowed.

  5. PETS:
    No pets allowed.

  6. RENTER’S INSURANCE:
    Residents will purchase and maintain Renter’s Insurance.
